What To Wear For Thanksgiving

Hi everyone! I hope you had a wonderful weekend! I know I did – it just felt SO busy! I headed down to San Francisco on Thursday, so Ashley and I could host a meet and greet night at Rebecca Minkoff on Friday – more on that tomorrow, we have a full recap coming your way! Then I flew home Saturday morning, went to the UNR game on Saturday night, and then Sunday was a total family day.

Anyhow, after all that – here we are. Finally!

I don’t know where the time is going, but before we know it, it’ll be Thanksgiving week… we are getting SO excited. This year, since I’m pregnant, I decided that I didn’t want to travel too far for the holidays. So instead, everyone is coming to us! Be sure to tune in on Friday for what I’ll be making – I’m sharing all the recipes I use for thanksgiving. Sneak peek – this is the stuffing I always make. It’s amazing!!!

Now to the important stuff. What to wear to Thanksgiving. Since this is a question Ashley and I get asked about literally ALL the time, we decided we’d make a page on our blog dedicated to outfit ideas especially for this holiday. (See and click on the image below for where to find it!!!)

Personally, for me, I always wear the same-ish thing for Thanksgiving. A dress, boots, tights, and a coat that I can layer on and off. I’m usually freezing – so having an additional light layer is always  a must. The outfit you see in these photos is definitely something I would wear to a normal Thanksgiving. Since we’re hosting this year, and since I’m pregnant, I’ll probably be more casual – wearing jeans, a great sweater, and flats. So… if that is more your style, we have options for you too!
