3 Capes Under $50

I was on the hunt for a cape/shawl/wrap thing (I don’t even know the proper term, #worstblogger), but found that I couldn’t pick between these three. I am traveling to Chicago next week and knew I would need some layers for the chillier weather, and I LOVE traveling while wearing one of these. Since I couldn’t decide between the three, I thought I’d share them all with you. The best part is? All 3 capes are under $50!

You guys know I am on the lazier side – so anything that I can just throw on top of an outfit for instant chic-ness, I am sold. I love these because you can toss them on over leather leggings, jeans, and even a skirt or dress. I think this addition instantly makes your outfit look super polished, and like you put in so much effort. It’s a bonus when you’re traveling because it doubles as a blanket on the plane. I fell in love with the colors in the plaid cape. I loved the lighter plaid, and I think that the grey and camel go so well together! This one is only $39 — you seriously can’t beat that!  The second one is reversible, which is amazing. It’s basically like two separate products for the price of one (only $49)! I love that whichever way you wear it, the other color peeks through the back. The last one is a larger buffalo check. I do have a similar one, but with a much smaller print. I loved the boldness of this one, and think it would be so fun to pair it with a colorful lip and bag for an unexpected pop of color! This one is also $49.
