If you’ve been following my fitness journey for a while, you know that at Barry’s I wear different shoes when I run, or when I do double floor. For those of you that don’t have Barry’s in your city – basically I wear completely different shoes if I were lifting weights vs. if I were doing cardio AND lifting weights because of my shin splints! It has always been a super annoying problem, because honestly, sometimes, I have to adjust my routine based on the shoes I have with me that day. How irritating right? Well, last week I decided to test these out and THEY WORKED! I took my normal size, 8, and they were perfect!
