Walmart Grocery Pickup

Thank you so much to Walmart for sponsoring this post. All opinions are my own.

If you guys have been following along with us for a while, you know we love things that make our lives easier. We are always juggling a million things, and it’s usually the mundane things like doing the dishes or grocery shopping that will send me into a full panic attack. I wish I were kidding – but that is the way my stress and anxiety works. My love language is acts of service, and nothing stresses me out more than chores. That’s why I am so grateful for Walmart Grocery Pickup. See full post on my outfit HERE.

Walmart Grocery Pickup

I was down in the South Bay for work last week (Barry’s Santana Row coming soon – AHHHH!). I have actually been going down there quite a bit and feel like I am always in my car. I needed to pick up a few things for the house but I was dreading going to the store.

If you don’t live in the Bay Area – let me just explain a little bit what going grocery shopping is like. You have to sit in traffic to get there, you have to fight with someone to get a parking spot, you have to find a cart (seriously, where do they all go?), and then you have to stand in line behind minimum ten other people. And this is all on a good day. I am not saying this to complain, but simply shed light on my reality that other people might not realize. Grocery shopping here is treacherous to say the least. I am actually lucky because I have a car – most of my friends have to get two bags max and carry it home.

I figured since I was down there, I would try out the Walmart Grocery Pickup at the Almaden store. Here’s what you do:

  • Place your online order HERE.
  • Select the time you are going to pick up the order.
  • Download the app – so you can let them know when you arrive.
  • Pull into the designated parking spots.
  • Wait for someone to bring out your groceries.
  • Go about your merry way.

Not only is this amazing for moms who have kids in the car, and don’t want to get them all out of their car seats and into the store, but it’s perfect for girls on the go or anyone looking to simplify their life!

I chose to take advantage of the situation and stock up on heavy beverages that I normally hate unloading myself! Hello Topo Chico, Lacroix and ALL the iced tea! I also picked up some snacks for Joe’s lunches and some breakfast sandwiches I tried at Emily’s last week.
