Thank you so much to Nordstrom for sponsoring this post. All opinions are our own.
We have always been fragrance people. And fragrances have always represented certain stages in our lives. I can't think of Emily in college without smelling her Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue, whereas I was a Tom Ford Black Orchid girl through and through. As we grew up, our tastes changed (I will never stop wearing Black Orchid, but I am open to wearing others now). When it comes to most things, our tastes are so different, with some similarities. Emily prefers light, airy and clean scents; whereas I am all about the dark, spicy, and masculine scents. So it may come as a surprise to you that every single scent featured in today's post is loved by both of us.
I (Emily) touch on this quite often. More often than not, because of having 3 young kids at home, and because I sleep less than I should, I get sick very easily. I need to take better care of myself - that is on the docket for 2020. But since I am healthier now... I thought it would be best to share some of my favorite tips for boosting your immune system and staying healthy.
I cannot believe this year is almost over. It has been such a huge year for all of us. For me, it was a year of massive change. I left my job, we moved, and I dove head first into blogging full time. SO much has happened in this past year, and I want to say THANK YOU for being here for all of it. When Ashley and I were deciding how to round out the year, we thought it would be fun to look at what we use most. Obviously we are always showing our lives and sharing out secrets... but we wanted to share the tried and true items that we use most. Ashley shared hers yesterday... so here are my Most Used Products Of 2019.
If you've ever watched our stories, you know that I LOVE my morning cup of coffee. Or my 5 cups of morning coffee. But really, who's counting? My Keurig cup of coffee in the morning makes me happy and I am obsessed with how easy and brainless Keurig makes it.
We went with a grey, gold and white color palette in our new home to match the concrete wall statement wall and modern vibe of the architecture. The kids' rooms were no exception. The boys have modern streamlined grey beds, and althought Caroline's nursery pretty much stayed the same, we gave it a nice little modern update.
